  11. Siapkan Secukupnya pasta Black forest (Golden Brown) me : tidak pakai.
  12. Siapkan 1 sdt Pasta vanilla (optional).
  13. Siapkan Bahan C :.
  14. Ambil 100 gr Mentega.
  15. Sediakan 200 gr DCC (Dark Compound Chocolate me : Tulip).
  16. Sediakan PELEMBAB black forest :.
  17. Sediakan 50 gr gula.
  18. Ambil 150 ml Air matang.
  19. Sediakan Topping :.
  20. Ambil Buttercream dan cherry.

The cake baked up beautifully, the cherries were perfect, and the whole thing just came together I did use canned cherry filling instead of the homemade and in place of the whipped cream I used the recipe for French buttercream Frosting.

Cara menyiapkan Black forest Cake (Buttercream):

  1. (1) PANASKAN kukusan dan alasi loyang dengan baking paper tanpa dioles apapun (2) Ayak bahan tepung (3) Campur bahan pelembab black forest (4) Cairkan (Mentega + DCC) dengan cara ditim.
  2. MIXER (Gula, telor, SP) sampai mengembang putih berjejak.
  3. Masukan bahan B secara bertahap dan ADUK BALIK PELAN dengan spatula.
  4. Tambahkan Pasta dark chocolate aduk balik lagi.
  5. Tuang DCC dan aduk kembali perlahan dengan spatula.
  6. (1) Tuang adonan keloyang dan hentakan (2) KUKUS 20 - 30 menit matikan kompor biarkan 3 menit baru buka dan angkat.
  7. Potong menjadi 3 layer oles pelembab + buttercream.
  8. Hias dengan buttercream.
  9. Tambahkan cherry biar tambah cantik.
